Helping youth find a stable path forward
Wichita Pathways for Youth connects life- and career-coaches with identified at-risk youth to create individualized plans that use the best-fit set of community resources — and identify gaps where coverage falls short.
Individualized plans
Each youth’s goals, abilities, aptitudes, and barriers shape a practical plan they can follow.
Consistent mentorship
Guidance and accountability from caring adults who show up and stay involved over time.
Resource coordination
We connect youth to education, training, counseling, and community support — and help remove friction.
Focused support for youth who need direction
We support young people from 11–18 years of age who have been in the judicial system for misdemeanor offenses. Our goal is to provide support and development that positively impacts both their lives and our community.
A mentored pathway, built around the youth
- Identify youth through community and partner referrals.
- Plan with the youth: goals, aptitudes, needs, and barriers.
- Connect the right services and resources.
- Mentor consistently and adjust the plan as the youth grows.
